We had an amazing stay at Villa Heliconia by Arenal Heights. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the Arenal Volcano and lush surroundings that made it feel like a true getaway.
The villa itself is brand new and had everything we needed. The amenities are top-notch—comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful pool that we enjoyed every day. It was clear a lot of thought went into making the space both functional and relaxing.
The concierge service was a huge plus. Diego and his team were always available and super helpful, making sure all our questions were answered and our plans went smoothly. From booking tours to dinner reservations, they made our trip so much easier.
As a group of women, safety and privacy were really important to us, and the private gated entrance gave us exactly that. It was great knowing we could relax and enjoy ourselves without any interruptions.
Villa Heliconia was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We were lucky enough to be part of the soft opening at Arenal Heights Villas, we stayed at Villa Bromelia but they're 6 villas are pretty much the same.
The location is absolutely stunning – the villas offer breathtaking views of Arenal Volcano, which creates such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The villa itself was spacious, modern, and super comfortable. But the real highlights were the pool and jacuzzi. After a day of exploring, nothing beat unwinding in the jacuzzi with that incredible volcano view. The pool was also fantastic – a great place to cool off and relax in complete privacy.
The location was perfect for us. We were just a short drive from top attractions.
La Fortuna Village is 10min drive so it's very easy to get there by the main road and find many restaurants in this area.
The staff was great – the concierge team was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us great recommendations for things to do around the area.
Overall, being part of the soft opening at Arenal Heights Villas was a great experience. The combination of stunning views, amazing amenities, and excellent service made our stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it!

Our stay at Villa Dahlia by Arenal Heights was fantastic! The location is stunning, with unbeatable views of the Arenal Volcano and the beautiful rainforest surroundings. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful and memorable getaway.
The villa felt very safe with its private gated entrance, which gave us the privacy and security we were looking for.
The attention to detail in the villa really stood out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with two sets of pillows per person, luxurious hotel-quality sheets, and a cozy bed cover that made every night’s sleep amazing. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi while enjoying the gorgeous views.
Villa Dahlia offers everything you could want for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We were so impressed and can’t wait to visit again!
